OUR FEES
Assist Professional is all about making sure you have greater transparency and predictability over any legal and financial work that you place and that ethos also extends to how you work with us.
We gain an understanding of your business and conduct a free review of your current legal spend to identify potential savings then agree a fee structure that more than pays for itself in cost savings, efficiencies and piece of mind and reflects your individual requirements.
This could be:
A fixed fee - either one-off or in instalments;
A percentage of your legal spend;
A success fee.

OUR TEAM
Our team is led by Michael, an experienced solicitor who has practised as both a consultant solicitor and as the Managing Partner of a firm, leading a diverse team of lawyers.
He is also an experienced entrepreneur, board member and charity trustee so introduced Assist in 2014 recognising how difficult it was for businesses to get the best value and transparency when procuring legal services.
